When you use the contact form, we receive:

• your name and work email
• your company, if you add it
• what you tell us about where work is getting stuck
• your preferred contact method and language, if you choose them

If you email us, we receive what you send.

Please don't include passwords, financial details, health information or other people's personal details in your message. A short description of the workflow is all we need at this stage.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don't use this to identify you.

• This website doesn't use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools.
• Fonts and other files load from this website, not from third-party services.
• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing.

We use it only to reply to your enquiry, understand the workflow you describe and, if you decide to go ahead, arrange a first conversation and agree the scope of any work.

Where the law asks us to name a legal basis (for example, UK and EU data protection law), we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, and on taking steps you've asked for before any agreement is made.

We share your information only with service providers that help us run this website and our communications, and only as far as they need it for that:

• Cloudflare Pages — hosts this website
• Web3Forms — receives contact-form messages and passes them to us
• Namecheap Private Email — our business email

We may also disclose information where the law requires us to.

Our service providers may store or process information outside the country you're in. Where the law requires it, we use providers that offer recognised safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

If we don't go on to work together, we keep your enquiry for [Retention period] after our last contact and then delete it. If we do work together, related records are kept under the terms of that engagement.

Only Mohamed can see enquiries sent through this website. We use reputable providers and take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or give you a copy in a portable format. To make a request, email [email protected]. We'll reply within the time the law allows, and we won't charge for a reasonable request.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work — in the UK, that's the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

This website and our services are for businesses. They're not aimed at anyone under 18.
